It depends on you. For sure you should take a course or something, but also read all the French magazines and newspapers and listen to people speak. Everything will help you.

Depends ... Don't be lazy and you will learn it ... I'm not saying you'll be the best but h**l my frist language is french and i have difficulties writting it.But don't worry in quebec there is alo of english speaker... now a day more and more of quebec is gettin billingual

Oh god please don't rely on just listening to people speek it. If you don't live here and are planning on moving here... learn the baiscs first or study it before you come as it will give you an advantage on learning other things.

How long it will take you to learn the actual lanuage... depends on you.. hey I'm 16 and I've lived here my whole life and I can barley carry out a complete conversation in french
