  1. FIRST: I assume you are letting it marinate in the Fridge.....

    The recipe sounds quite good.

Like one answerer said: at least 30 minutes and up to 2 days.

While it is true that "the longer the better", I would not let something sit for 2 days.

Since you are "cooking it tonite", then I would say a couple of hours is fine.

  2. You can let it marinade at room temperature until ready to cook if it's a fresh batch today and you're going to cook it tonight.

Beef is always better at room temperature when cooking because it stays tender and will accept the marinade better if warm.

What some people fail to realize is, that when immersing meat in a marinade such as this, the cooking process is starting by the action of the marinade and the acids contained.

  3. 30 minutes up to 2 days

  4. order a pizza and cook it tomorrow.

  5. 30-60 minutes, if you marinade it too long it will just taste of the marinade.

  6. As long as you can.. the longer the better. It sounds great!

  7. i would marinate the beef for @ least 24 hours. it will taste out of this world. tender, juicy, i could go on and on.

  8. usually overnight.  I prepare the next day's main meal at night.

  9. you can leave in the frig for a couple of days, if you wanted to, the longer you leave the beef the more tender and flavorful it will  be , sounds like a great marinade enjoy !

  10. as long as possible.

the longer you marinate the more flavor.

    just keep it cold.

  11. An hour at the least; sounds delicious!!
