How long to wait to eat after exercising?

if im trying to lose my bell fat, how long do i have to wait until i eat after i do exercise to not get fatter?

  1. You what one hour before exercising. You can eat right after you are done. P.S. I would wait 20 minutes to be safe.

  5. you should eat then exercise, that way you're burning the calories that you just ate.

  7. you should wait around twenty minutes or thirty. I doubt it really matters, depending on what your eating. If you have a nutritional diet that helps with weight, then that is a much better routine.

    The way i do it, is either get up and go running before breakfast or mid afternoon or 3 hours after my last meal of the day, make sure i control my calorie intake and soon enough the weight will began to drop.

    In answer to yur question, i normally eat my breakfast as soon as my breathing is back to normal after my run on a monring
