How long to wait until waxing?

i bought the cire devine no wax strips box thingy today; it said it works on short hair! When i got home and opened it up and read the instructions it said wait a week, i have to grow out my hair for a week. ( i shaved yesterday) my boyfriend is coming home from an out of town trip on wednesday ( 2 days from now) and i wanna you know ;) so i can't grow it out! :| i'll be like a wilder beast if i do. And that my friends; is just not s**y. It is stubble now. I plan on waxing:

armpits

legs

bikini

you can see it popping out of my legs and places. I know it is not 1/4 of an inch, but the cire devine said short hair? any advice would be great!

ps: i wanna be waxed before he gets home ;) so shaving won't suffice.

hair should min of 3mm long to wax

just wait until the day he  comes and do it then so you let it grow out as much as you can.

well try it on a lil part of your leg if it works on short hair then do the rest

but if it doesnt then just shave on the day yours boyfriend is coming over

cuz if you wax the same day it will burn like crazy..and you dont want to be uncomfortable when your with him..right??

cuz you would want to enjoy the time your with him..not be in pain..! =]]
