They worked for about 3-4 months with no breaks in between taken on as a full time employee and then for no reason at all the boss said I'll call you if I need you for the past 2 weeks, asked if i was fired he said no. However he just hired 3 new workers to take on my work load... can i collect unemployment?

  1. Here's a link to NJ unemployment......telling you he will call you, is usually considered "constructive termination."
