  1. well you seem to have out of shape so you need to take it easy. Not extremely easy like walking when you need to jog but, make sure you still push yourself and as you get into better shape you will start to feel better. Oh yeah I'm not trying to be mean or anything but to tell you the truth if you're not a runner and hate it with a passion then tennis and really any physical activity isn't for you unless you work at it. Running is a base to almost every sport.

  2. you need a cold compress as regularly as you can.... don't sweat it, this happens to lots of people, just stay calm and not so extremely active and slow

  3. tat happen to my friend but only in football. the coach didnt like him for no reason..if he knows then he wants you to get better, but he does it to torture you then quite. You can get really hurt if you push yourself and my quite the sport. The side affect would go away IF YOU STOP. keep going and it will get worse and longer to heal.
