  1. read your baby books or ask your  dr........you SHOULD know this information already, BEFORE THE BABY WAS BORN..........

  2. asap really my cuzn had twins we feed them every 3 hours the the bigger the got the more the would sleep so the less we had to wake up at night yay! they are a month now so we feed them cereal at night so they will sleep longer

  3. Newborns are really hard to put on a schedule since they're getting used to the new world, new life...and they are very needy...but as they grow you are going to find cues that will help you get your baby into a schedule. It will not always be the same...but it will be pretty much predictable...

  4. START SLOWLY SCHDULING AFTER SIX MONTH ALTHOUGH THE PROCESS START FROM BEGINING BUT AS U KNOW THE NEW BORN BABY NEEDS MANY THINGS LIKE MORE SLEEEP MORE TIME FEED AND ETC. SO FROM THE SIX MONTH START SLOWLY AND GENTELLY SCHEDULING AND UPTO TO TEN BE A STRONG ONN WHAT HAVE YOU TAUGHT HIM/HER.THEN HE WILL BE THE BEST U WANT IN SCHEDULE BEHAVIOUR AND EVERY THING NICELY.

  5. As soon as you are ready to start doing it it doesn't matter how old I say the sooner the better for everyone

  6. The baby will decide when he/she is ready for a routine, not the parents.

Babies are not supposed to be "convenient" - They thrive best when able to feed and sleep as they need.

  7. they have a scheduele all to themselves. Usually two hours awake and two hours sleeping at first. This rotation continues with prolonged sleep and awake periods but depends upon the kid. The more they eat , the longer they sleep.  All four of my kids started to shift (dirvge period lenths) at about six months.  You can have your kid wake up with you, have a mid day nap, and an afternoon/ early evening nap.  They usually go to bed around 10pm and wake up when you do.  They usually wake up very hungry.  Change, wash hands, and then feed.

If you are breast feeding, and have a partner, you can use a pump so that only you nipple feed, and your partner feeds with the bottle.  This way you can get four hours of continuous sleep.  God help you if your kid dosn't take the bottle.

  8. Newborns are almost impossible to schedule.  Usually, when they can sit up on their own and eat solid foods, they are old enough to start attempting to schedule.  It really depends on the baby.

  9. Usually around 5 months or so. Every baby is different. So some may work with a schedule earlier some later. Your baby will usually tell you. Just watch their on schedule day to day and kinda take it from there. It;s human instinct to kinda adjust to a daily routine so it would be best to watch your baby for the cures and follow them.

  10. Every baby is different. I started my son on I guess what u could call a schedule at 3 months exactly. Which was just like 2 weeks ago. I feed him about every 4 hrs or whenever he gets hungry. The "schedule" comes into play at night time. At 9pm I give him a bath with lavender and chamomille wash then the same kind of lotion (baby magic brand I love it) put him in sum comfy warm pjs then a bottle and in bed at 10pm. He used to wake once a night for a feeding at around 4 or 5am but since the first day of this routine, he's slept from 10pm til 8am-9am. Hope this helped.
