How long usually it takes to receive an OPT card? I have applied about 35 days ago, but I haven't received it yet. Is there anyway to ask a lawyer follow it up?

  1. It's taking 3 to 4 months these days. You don't need a lawyer to find out. I just did a query in yahoo.com on "Wait times CIS" and it lead me to the sites where I found out that it take 3 to 4 months.
