I'm going to start swimming everyday (well almost everyday), I've been for the last 3 days. How long will it be before it makes a difference to my physique? I'm not much fussed about losing weight, or going down a size (I'm a 12, although I'd quite like to be a 10), I'm more fussed about just toning up, I'm a bit flabby at the moment.
I've swam about 40 lengths each night i've been swimming, it's a standard size pool, so i'll continue to do that, and then increase.
How long do you think before it makes a noticable difference?
