according to what i've heard The word being used in WWE right now is "indefinitely." All I can tell you is that the injury is very serious and that the most important thing right now is for Cena to get the surgery and see how things go before he begins to rehab the injury. Neck issues are never something to play around with so I can assure you that he will not be rushed back.
