How long will UPS Ground shipping take from US to Canada for a BMX bike ?

I was just wondering how long it would take from about Kansas, USA to Toronto, Canada for a BMX Bike weighing about 30 lbs to 40 lbs using UPS ground?

It shipped about Monday or Tuesday.

since you did not give postal codes for Toronto or Kansas I had to guess and used leavenworth KS and Downtown Toronto.  Also guessed the value at 200 USD for customs purposes,  

UPS estimates that if you ship it on monday it should arrive by friday unless there is a hold up in customs ...
