  1. Usain Bolt will break both those records probably by the next World Championships unless he holds off breaking his own records for the next Olympics. If he doesn't get any injuries and continues to train, there is no way he won't break those records within the next 4 years, because for the 100 meter he slowed down before he got to the finish line and on the 200 meter he was running against the wind. So yeah my answer is within 4 years.

  2. Until someone beats them.... Most likely him!

  3. It was obvious that he could go faster if he hadn't celebrated too soon. I would say, if he takes it seriously - in 100m -probably 1 - 3 years. 200? Not sure. Who knows, it might be broken sooner or later.

  4. 200m will be broken this year!

    By Bolt himself, that is...

When he ran 19.30, he was running in a headwind (with the wind blowing in towards him) of -0.9m/s. If he runs with an advantageous wind, I have no doubt that he will be able to break that record and eventually, even get below the 19 second mark - in a few years when he hits his peak (yes, he's only 21!!!)

  5. Based on what I saw and the fact the he slowed down before the finish line This tells me  that he had a lot left. I think that the will brake his own 100 meter record within the next 12 months.  However, rhe 200 meter record will be harder to brake becuse of the turn. That record stood for 28 years (1968 to 1996) before it was broken. Then another 12 before Mr. Bolts did it in.  So that one will stand for quite a while.
