There are no Amtrak trains from Worcester, MA that stop in the Bronx - there are no Amtrak stations in the Bronx (although they do pass through the Bronx).  You will have to go to Penn Station in Manhattan.  The trip will take about 4 1/2 hours.  Once you get to Penn Station you have to take the subway and add another 45 minutes to 1 hour to the Bronx depending on where in the Bronx you want to go (it also depends on the day of the week, the time of day and if you have to take a bus in the Bronx to get to your destination).
