I don't use non-stick pans so I have to use a little oil when cooking. Yet, I hate bring out this big jug of oil every time I need a dash.I've seen glass containers you can pour oil into. They have a lid with a spout, so they aren't completely sealed from air. Are these acceptable to use for canola oil and olive oil? How long can I expect each to last in one of these? Would I be better to only fill them halfway?
