  1. Depending on your weight. I suggest for a slim / average person.

60% Fat,  20% Carbs 20% Fibres and Protein.

Get a 3-4kg weight, rest it on your chest with your arms holding it to your chest crossed. 30 Sit ups morning, 30 press ups night. After a few months increase the amount of sit ups you do, and the frequency to about 3 times a day.

If your diet is similar to what you eat now. Change your fats to a lower amount, lower the carbs and increase the protein intake.

This is why people who try to lose weight by starving fail, because the metabolism has to be fooled... because the metabolism is set to burn a certain amount of calories per day. Change the intake and the types of food an it will react differently. This should aid you in muscle growth

Eat a lot of monounsaturated fats. That secret is the key. Monounsaturated fats are studied as going "straight to your nuts" increasing testosterone levels and making you more prone to muscle growth and s*x drive.

I suggest and this is the most key, after your work outs, eat a good 2-3 bags of PEANUTS (that's right), if you snack, eat peanuts...don't eat c**p but peanuts and proper nutritional meals. The obvious like Fish and fats are good for muscle growth.

Remember the key to muscle is lift 75-80% of your one rep max, 3-5 times. Rest, do that 3-5 times per day, but since this is for a 6 pack, you regular sit ups with some added weight for extra burn should do the trick.

Try it out, see how it works. Feel the burn man.

    Peace

  2. First, working out can only get you so far. With 20% body fat, you're going to have to lose some of that to see the results of all the hard work or sit-ups, crunches, etc.

So get your diet in-line, and go from there.  Gotta burn the layers of fat over muscles!

  3. its depends on Metabolism

and also depends on body if your body is already slim and your metabolism is high you can get in 3 months ,,,,,, if you are a fat person you have to strugle for it
