How long will it take for braces to come off?

4 Of my front teeth on top are not straight not terrible but not that fine either I wondered how long will it take fro my braces to come off? P.S I don't have mine yet Probably will get them this year.

Probably 18 months.  It seems like a long time but it goes by fast.  Even if you dont have a lot of straightening to do it still takes at least a year because they cant move your teeth very fast.

Your orthodontist decides when you'll get them off. Usually, it's about 2-3 years until most people get them off. But everyone's different. I would probably say 2 years...that's the most common. :)

Your ortho doctor is a better one to give you an estimate as everyone is different.  I had to wear mine nearly the full year my doctor thought it would take.

It's different for everyone. It just depends how bad they are, but if you say yours aren'tt bad then ishouldn'tn't take more than a year or two. maybe less. I had mine for 5 years.

About a day after you ask a question, go to your My Profile, and Click on the My Questions tab.  Locate the question, and there should be something under it that says Choose Best Answer.  Click on the question, and there should be Blue Best answere buttons under each answer.  Hope this helps!  Your ortho will probably give you an estimate on how long your braces will stay on for.  The national average is about two and a half years, but it could be shorter! :)
