So, I just started eating healthier and actually making an effort to exercise.
Cardio: Sunday - Friday for at least 30 minutes a day (Sometimes running, jogging, jumping rope, basketball)
Strength Training: Monday, Wednesday, Friday for 60 minutes (Crunches, Pushups, Bridges, Planks, etc.)
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 cup Total cereal, 1/2 cup 1% milk, 15 cashews, 1 slice of whole wheat toast with grape jelly
Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast, 1 cup whole wheat spaghetti, 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, 12 oz random juice (Apple, Grape, Cranberry, Carrot, etc.)
Dinner: 1/2 chicken breast, 1 cup wild rice, 12 oz random juice, and sometimes raw carrot sticks
So my question is, with that regiment, how long will it take me to lose those pounds of fat? I don't have any timeframe that I need to meet, was just wondering how long I should expect.
