dats how uch it takes for me... but i never learn........ i always endup cutting my hair again.... arrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhh n then again i have to control my bangs for other 3 months with hair clipssssssss

Hair originally grows 1/2 inch a month, but by doing these steps they may grow faster:

1. massage your head whilst your shampooing to help the bloodflow in your scalp.

2. comb your hair through before you wash out your conditioner in your hair.

3. get a regular trim, to get rid of split ends.

4. wash out your hair with cold water after a hot shower

5. take multi-vitamin tablets (optional)

about 3 to 4 months I'm afraid...

If you can't wait that long, you could sweep your bangs to the side and clip it up with a plain black hair slide, or you could make a quiff, kinda like Avril Lavigne does.
