Was it sent 1st class,3rd, class, priority or express/  Was it sent by an idividual or a company?  Makes a big difference.  if it is something you ordered on line or was sent priority or express you should be able to track it online.  If it was sent 1st class by an individual, probably 5 to 7 days.  Or...they may have sent it by Fed-ex or UPS instead of the post office.  There are so many possibilities and without details, it is a wild guess?  In other words, you need to ask the sender.
