How long will it take me to bulk up a lot?

i am 16 years old and i lift weights 6 times a week and i take creatine and i want whey protein

this is my workout scheduele:Mon-rest, tues-chest,triceps, wends-back,biceps, thurs-shoulders, legs, fri- chest, triceps, sat.-back, biceps, sund.-shoulders, legs

  1. looks good to me. if this is your first time working out, itll be about 3-4 months before you really start to bulk up. creatine is absolutely fine, but take a month brake evry now and then so it doesnt affect your system.


  2. yea about that creatine stop now. it messes ur liver up, hurts u later on down the road, and can make it harder to gain muscle over time if u ever take even a little break from lifting

  3. make sure you take sufficent brakes in order to avoid burnout(getting tired of doing something after doing it for everyday weeks on end) stay hydrated, make sure your p**s is clear as water, and take a multivitamin, if you can keep up your motivation and work out hard enough and get enough calories you can gain about a 1 pound of muscle mass per week.

  4. 2 months you'll see some definition, but not too much bulk, 6 months, you'll start too bulk up, and in about a year you'll be much bigger and stronger. I would also stay away from creatine, drink protein shakes, they work well, and have no dangerous side effects. And I really like how you train every part of your body, that is very important, that's a good workout routine.

  5. creatine can mess your liver up i wouldnt take that over a long time it might take a while to bulk up but as long as you stick to it you'll be there in no time
