Everyone learns at their own rate hon so it's difficult to say. Each time you're in the water practice as if you're peddling a bike. You'll learn quite quickly as you gradually build up your stamina. Work at it and you'll be fine i promise. Good Luck.

you just have doggie paddle in place and do not go underwater you have to move your legs.So after you learn that you can tread water
