how long will it take me to lose 25 pounds if i do 2 miles a day on the treadmill until school starts (on august 19) , drink 2 bottles of water a day and try to only eat two meals a day ??

-if i cant lose 25 pounds in that time than how much can i lose ?

-wat should i eat ?

-if i need to do more than that to lose 25 pounds then wat do i

need to do?

-if u have tried the zumba diet wat did u like and dis-like about it , nd wat were ur results in 4 weeks of using the diet ?

-AND WAT r any advice that u have (im trying 2 lose weight in my stomach , waist & legs before schoolstarts august 19)

    and yea i agree w/that bleaker dude

    eating 5 or six small meals a day is better then eating 2 or 3 big ones.


  2. First of all.. How old are you?

    Secondly, LOSING 25 POUNDS BEFORE AUGUST 19 IS EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY.

    Websites such as Spark People have slammed me for wanting to lose 5 pounds before August 21st.

    Also, eating two meals a day is not good enough!

    You&#039;re going to starve yourself, yes you are.. Your body is going to go into starvation mode and anything you eat will be converted into fats..

    After that also your metabolism slows down incredibly, you don&#039;t want that, do you?

    And any weight you lose by starving will be put back again, even more than you lost!

    So why not have a diet that is healthy and good for you? It is only healthy to lose about 1-2 pounds a day.

    Trust me... you might want to Google Spark People. You can join their site and see how many calories you need to take in a day, which is about 1200-1500 if you do NOTHING at all and that is for your body to function alone... you need a lot more calories than you state because you want to do two miles a day on a treadmill.. Below 1200 and yes 1200 IS PRETTY LOW is unhealthy.. Join Spark People..

    Also my personal advice is, build muscles because that burns fat.. Mix strength and cardio.

  3. i hate to tell you this, but it is very unhealthy to even try that. if you&#039;re worried about school clothes, just wear the ones from last year, and get new ones when you lose weight. that&#039;s what i&#039;m doing for the most part.

    you need to eat 3 meals a day, and you can&#039;t snack at all. i am on a low carb/sugar free diet, and i have lost 30 lbs in 3 months 2 summers ago on it. i am losing more on it now.

    the exercise is a great thing to do. i would do minutes instead of miles. i would walk anywhere from 30 mins-60 mins a day.

    also, do some exercises such as leg lifts, squats, crunches, anything like that.

    but, remember, don&#039;t try to lose that weight in that little amount of time. i would only count on losing 2 lbs a week. if you don&#039;t lose weight the right way, you just end up gaining it back.

  4. It&#039;s impossible to say how long it will take to lose weight.  Everyone is different!

    You need to make sure you&#039;re eating enough so your body doesn&#039;t store fat thinking that you&#039;re starving yourself. Eat lean protein and lots of veggies and fruit, and don&#039;t forget whole grains. Drinking enough water is important as well. If you&#039;re going to exercise and sweat a lot make sure you rehydrate!

    I&#039;d definitely try jogging or any cardio that gets your heart rate up and gets you sweating.

    I&#039;d also learn to use proper grammar, spell words correctly (don&#039;t be lazy, it&#039;s &quot;what&quot; not &quot;wat&quot;, &quot;you&quot; not &quot;u&quot;, &quot;are&quot; not &quot;r&quot;) and use punctuation correctly.

  6. No i don&#039;t think that you can lose 25 pounds in 3 weeks because  you lose about 1 in a week.

    Just remember you have to burn more that you eat.

  7. well eating 5 smaller meals a day is better for you and makes you lose more weight them only 2 meals.
