how long will it take me to lose 25 pounds if i do 2 miles a day on the treadmill until school starts (on august 19) , drink 2 bottles of water a day and try to only eat two meals a day ??
-if i cant lose 25 pounds in that time than how much can i lose ?
-wat should i eat ?
-if i need to do more than that to lose 25 pounds then wat do i
need to do?
-if u have tried the zumba diet wat did u like and dis-like about it , nd wat were ur results in 4 weeks of using the diet ?
-AND WAT r any advice that u have (im trying 2 lose weight in my stomach , waist & legs before schoolstarts august 19)
