  1. Find a good pro to teach you.

  2. If you started at 12 and your now 14 thats crazy if your handicap is 3. Thats pretty sick. Join your high shcool team and play in tournaments such as the Titielst Joiunior Tour and when you are older join Q school. Thats all you can really do play.practice.compete. Good Luck!

  3. Depends how good you are!

  4. Depends on how good you are, and how hard you're willing to work.  Good luck!

  5. You will never stop learning so train regularly, get your handicap down to scratch, take you PGA examination when you are around 17/18 and go from there - good luck.

  6. at a 4 handicap you will go nowhere. you need to make the transition to a plus 4 golfer thats when you can go pro.

  7. 10 to 17 years

  8. That's up to the individual.  Some can play great, but lack the mental game.  Have you played any Junior Competitive golf?  Here in the US, AJGA is probably the best Junior Program.  It's very expensive, but they mold some great Junior Golfers.  I'm sure there's a Canadian Junior Program, which you should look in to.  If I can be of any help, don't hesitate in emailing me.  I attached the AJGA link for your review>
