How long will it take me to speak perfect english?

I came to the united stated five years ago at the age of 14. I would like to know how many years will it take me to speak, write and understand english like an American would do. I mean I can understand and communicate in english but there are still many words and phrases that I dont know.

Well I'm from brazil but my family spoke english, my mother is american and brazilian. I learned to speak english quick, but maybe if you don't have anyone you know who speak english, it might take some time. I can help you if you like :)
