How long will it take to boil away one cup of water?

I'm not asking how long it will take to get a cup of water to boil, but rather how long it will take for it to entirely evaporate via boiling.

The heat of vaporization of water can be reached in an instant and your cup of water can be boiled off instantly if you have enough heat.  Also at reduced pressure the water will evaporate faster.  In short there is not enough information in the question to give you an answer, please give me the 10 points anyway! ha ha ha
