How long will it take to get a replacement phone? that is..ihave insurance for my phone.?

A few days. They always check if the old one can be repared first which might take up to a couple days. If the damage is fatal and your model is in stock You get it the same day. If they don`t have your model in a store it is going to be a few more days cuz they will request it from their warehouse.
