How long will it take to get from the Pisa airport to the florence train station (via train)?

in the "ferrovie dello stato" site, the regional train between pisa and firenze take about 1 hour. it means that you have to go from the airport to the pisa station first.

Not so long. It's about 80 km.

First you have to get to the train station: by bus (LAM red , just in front of the galilei airport) or by taxi (it will take 5 mins only!).

Then catch the train to Santa Maria Novella Florence station ( not Firenze Rifredi! )and you'll get there in about one hour.
