  1. myself i have been lifting for thirty years.. at one time i could bench three hundred.. i am sixty nine now. and i cant do as much.. i am the offspring of a large mother.. my bones are large and i have been a big person all my life.. i dont have muscle defination but i have large everything.. so to answer you.  it depends on what you start with.. it may come after two or three works outs.. and again it may never come and show as you want.. and dont take any pills.. eat protien and do a routing every other day.. i work out four days a week.. and it helps   ok gilermo..


  2. I have nothing to add to Blammoyd's suggestions other than to say that you might want to destroy them from time to time on days that you planned to take off.

  3. Depends on how hard you wail on 'em.  You blast 'em out 2 times a week and get 'em used to it.  Then you clobber on 'em when they aint lookin'.  Like maybe Leg day just obliterate your pecs.  Coupla three months.

  4. It all depends on your body makeup and genetics...I'm a hard gainer so it took me the better part of a year to get my pecs where I thought the looked good...
