3 set of 15 push-up

3 set of 12 bicep curls

3 set of 10 bench press

3 set of 12 lateral raise

increase the weight when needed

  1. You should take the recomended amount of protein and eat some carbs so your muscles can recover quicker and stronger


  2. Building muscle doesn't matter as much as diet does. You need to make sure you are eating right and eating a lot of protien after you work out. If you don't do that then the excercises will be near worthless. So make sure you are eating right aswell. As for how ling it will take, it depends on the diet you eat and also you as a person. It should start making a visible different within a couple weeks.

  3. It will take at least a few weeks to a few months before there is any visible difference.  Muscle is not built over night, and requires a lot of dedication and hard work, but it is worth it!! The ladies will love it and you will feel better about yourself from your training and hard work!

    You MUST incorporate a diet that is high in protein such as tuna, chicken, and protein shakes.  And also good carbs such as fruits and vegetables.  Without doing this, you will not see the results you are hoping for!  

    Also, this is a good routine to start with, but as you progress and develop more muscle, you will want to increase your sets to about 4-5, and work until you can starting adding more weight!

    You got the right idea, start doing this and remain dedicated!!
