How long will it take to get my korean visa?

I just sent in the rest of the required materials to the consulate in chicago last week. I live in St. Louis, and i am going to begin studying abroad in Korea on the 23rd of February.

some people said that it takes months to get it while others say it takes days. i just hope i get it on time before i leave....

Five days more or less is the period for the processing of a Korean visa when the requirements are complete.
