Question:

How long will it take to get my running back on track?

I do pentathlon, but a year ago I had an accident in an equestrian three day event in which I injured my knee pretty badly. A month ago I got back to training, and everything is going smothly except my running. I can barely run 3 miles... what can I do to get my stamina back?

  1. Well if you can do 3 miles after being injured, that is pretty good. stick with it man!

    But you should be doing some shorter distances, and change your pace so you are faster (same with half miles...)

    When you are trying to get your stamina back you need to work on your long and short distance.
