How long will it take to get the smell of cigarette smoke out of my car?

Okay, so I am 18-years-old, and I smoked a cigarette in my car this morning. It was cold outside, so I did keep my windows up. My parents would kill me if they found out, so I have to keep my windows closed when I'm at home so they won't smell it. Approximately how long will it take for the smell to clear out of my car if I keep the windows and doors closed at all times? Any suggestions on how to speed up the process?

  1. About a week.

    Spray some 'oust' in there.

  2. It takes a long time to get rid of cigarette smoke, since you smoke its harder to smell it.. But if your parents dont smoke, then they will notice it more than a smoker will..

Spray some air freshener that gets rid of smoke smells.

    I have the same problem
