The "stimulus" checks go out on a schedule based on the last two numbers in your social security #. So 00 will go out way before 99. I believe you can go to the IRS website and check the schedule for your check

it goes by the last 2 digits of your ss# or if you filed jointly with a spouse it goes by whoever's name is listed 1st on the return's ss#.
