How long will it take to grant your f2 visa?

My husband is already a Dependent Visa holder of a Diplomat holder (his dad) He is applying for a student Visa so that he can get me there. I just want to ask the F2 visa holders out there if how long will it take to wait if my husband already have an F1 visa in USA?? please email me.. v_moraleda@yahoo.com..
