How long will it take to grow my hair out.?

my hair is 5" under my Collier bone and i want it to be 9" under my Collier bone. how much time will it take for t to grow out that long. any tips to make it grow faster. any tips and estimate the time it will take

Actually hair grow up to one inch a month so you are looking at about   4-5 1/2 months.

The best thing to do would be to take vitamins, stay healthy, keep your hair moisturized and healthy.  Also to keep your hair healthy get the split ends cut off every 2-3 months.
