This is my workout schedule:Push ups everyday (as many as I can do throughout the day)Sit ups every other day (as many as I can do throughout the day)A little over a 1 mile Run every other day at nightAbout 1800 Calories a dayProtein shake 4 days a week (about 48 grams of whey isolates)Ive already went from 258 lbs back in May to 237 lbs today.Any suggestion that work?
