1) the volume of dining patrons that come in and out of the restaurant. If many people come in and out, and it's pretty busy all day this will help

2) how well you attend to your customers and disperse that attention equally among them so they don't feel neglected or given poor service.

3) how professional you present yourself.

4) how high you hold your work ethic (being on time, doing what is required of you.)

5) and lastly how well you save your money instead of spend it.
