How long will it take to send a letter from Vancouver to Germany?

Hey, yo.

I live in Vancouver and for Bill Kaulitz's birthday, I want to send him some fabulous Fan mail. That's right, fan mail. So first, I was wondering how much will it cost to send a letter from Canada to Germany, and also how long will it take to get to Germany? Like two weeks?

i am not sure about the price but when i am in NY and send a letter to London it would take about 5-7 days
