If I want to start with homemade tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes and herbs, it would take me about 3 hours or less!  For boiling the pasta then put it under running water for a while and stir fry it with olive oil and garlic, it is about 30 minutes.

Sometimes I start from flour, eggs, water... than it takes me less than 2 hours to prepare the noodle
