How long will manu be gone and how bad will the spurs need him?

Reports say 6-8 weeks. I think the Spurs need him really bad. You have some possessions on the court when he is the only Spur scoring. This guy can take over a game and score from anywhere on the floor. Even with the great Tim Duncan and a good pg like Tony P, Manu would be missed on that team if he can't play during the season.

only 6-8 weeks, he will be back in plenty of time.  and yes.... the spurs do need him..  He is one heck of a talent

The Spurs need him badly cause he IS THE go to guy when the time is winding down

without manu there wont be any big 3

without manu there wont be an energy bringer on the court

the point is the spurs are getting old they need EVERY player that they can get Bowne is not getting younger and duncan is starting to get there BUT they will still finish at like 1st-4th seed

The Spurs will be ok without him for a short period of time. If he doesn't come back before January then they'll be in trouble.

6-8 weeks and the spurs will not need him because they always seem to lock up a seed in the west and manu was playing sixth man for a majority of last season anyway
