how many on each ovary? pcos gets better the less sugary food you eat. stay away from white bread, pasta, white rice, cakes, sweets, sugar etc.

   then, eat vegetables like green beans, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, olives etc. and protein is fine.

   walking for half an hour a day is a good way to become more sensitive to glucose and insulin.

   cysts tend to disappear by themselves within 3 months/ 3 menstrual cycles.

pcos can't be cured unfortunately, just treated.

i have pcos but i don't have cysts.

you can get rid of the cysts but still have pcos.
