How long will my car battery last?

so i want to throw a party and have my car be the music source. so how long can i run it (without the engine) till the battery dies. also can i plug it in to a electrical outlet or something to feed it power directly?

Well if you're going to have a party and used your car as the music source I assume that you have a good sound system in it. Depending on how big the system is, it might not last you more than 2 hours without running the engine. I wouldnt recommend you use your car for your music source.

you shouldnt do this without the car running and its prob not a good idea to let your car idle for hours. if you have a system with an amp your battery may only last 10 mins!

a standard radio you could run it 24 hours and not kill the battery

higher power ones mite kill it in 6 hours

to be safe just start the car every 2 hours for 5 minuts you will be fine

the money that you will have to pay to replace the battery after you drain it will buy you a portable stereo. so just go out and please buy one. and no you cant plug it in.
