How long will one time use of 10mg of Valium stay in my system.

Question

So i never have taken valium before and i took 10mg yesterday to help me sleep and i didnt know it was a problem on drug tests and im taking a drug test for the military next friday the 15th. So it 7 days enough? Im an active person, i run and work out every day. Any help would be great.

I just read some googles I did for you, it says about 8 days. When I took a drug test it asks what drugs you have taken the last month. I put down my scrips.  Maybe you can put down that drug so they will see you took it and not trying to hide it? GOOD LUCK!
