How long will regular us postage take to get from US to Indonesia?

it all depends which state you are mailing from? usually 7 to more days,

to France? sometimes 4 days, sometimes 15 days, who knows?

When we lived in Balikpapan Indonesia (about 4 years ago) it took about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks to get a first class (regular stamp) letter from the east coast (NC and NY) of the US.  If you are in Jakarta or Bali it might be faster.  I did have one card take a month to arrive.  If it's important (like documents) you are much better sending it by one of the private carriers like DHL or Fedex.  

Saying that, it was not uncommon for letters to go missing.  It was also not unusual for magazines or postcards to disappear (especially in Jakarta).  We often saw people selling this kind of foreign mail on the streets.
