I was buff and My arms measured 17" my bench was 315 max and I was doing hammer curls with 75 lbs dumbbells. Then one day I decided to go all cardio and try to be a little more thinner or trimmer, without as much bulk. I found out this was a bad Idea I should have continued bulking up!!!....anyways I had been doing intense cardio like I was training for a marathon and calorie restriction for about 3 or 4 weeks and I lost 2 inches off my arm size, and chest was not as wide and I was much weaker not able to bench as much. THen I decided that this is not wat I want, Im not happy being this smaller and weaker. So Now im starting to bulk up again, and today I lifted super heavy. But How long will it take for me to regain my full strenght and lost muscle mass back that I lost from, doing too much cardio and calorie restriction??? I want to bulk back up to my original state and continue growing bigger like I was.

  1. if u work hard 8-9 weeks

  2. Now, this depends entirely upon your workout regimen and how hard you push yourself!

    Good luck!

    :)

  3. cardio is very useful bro, i dont think you wanna stop doing the workout. But i would even them out. Maybe like since you only stoped for 2 weeks it might take like 3 weaks. Dont push urself, lift as much as you can but not til you get dizzy or extreme cramps. do this, lift weights 4 days, and cardio for 2 days in a week. Hopefully after this you will know how to set ur schuedule to even out ur body.

  4. It all depends on how hard and dedicated you are to getting bulked up again
