It all depends on 1/2 life /dosage concentration (how much you are taking)This in turn affects bodily clearance via the kidneys and then urine passage but also to what extent the drug has been distributed throughout the body(volume of distribution).

If the drug has travelled as far as the brain I.E your examples it may well take a longer time to pass out than say something like a drug like an a proton pump inhibitor which acts in the stomach and is quickly eliminated.

BUT as I said earlier it all depends on how much you take on board and how regularly you "top yourself up" with your drug of choice.
