Like in good condition, but not the best.

  3. Right now it's losing 3% a year in value

  4. It holds no Monetary value as time passes. Only value as a collectible to a collector. And that value will depend on various factors such as the number of similar bills in circulation (ie: Supply) and the demand for them. Along with the bill's condition.
