How long would it take for a package to get from Nova Scotia to North Dakota using the lowest cost mail?

I ordered a package from Nova Scotia Canada over two weeks ago, the shipper told me it would be here within about 10 days. Shipping price was about 8 bucks.

Well 10 days is average, but it could take about 12.  Are you sure the address was correct.

If someone is absent at the time of delivery the mail carrier usually leaves a little notice in the mail box telling the recipient to pick up the package at the post office.
