How long would it take in the morning rush hour from High Wycombe to Guildford?

I was wondering how long in the morning weekday rush hour it would take from High Wycombe to Guildford, going from M40 J3, joining the M25 at J16, leaving at J10 to join the A3 to Guildford?

According to the AA, it takes about 50 minutes, but exactly how bad are the traffic on these three roads, and is it likely to take much longer?

I would allow one and a half hours for that journey in the rush hour. I used to do it a lot when I was a Taxi driver.

Technically it cannot take more than 60 minutes, as it is a "rush hour" (sorry, I have no idea, but I used to visit High Wycombe a lot and could not resist saying something.)
