I'm 19 and I'm about 6'1'' and I weigh about 235, and I was wondering how long it could take me to get down to 185

  2. I was 475 and 5'1" it take a long time to but the weigh on and little work . I had a gastroplacetic that what i did but there are a lot of problem  I lost 275 in one and a haft year .you need to work hard and work that weight off one day at a time eat more salet and less bread and think with sugar. and walk more off ten.and little by little you  will lost it . work cleaning up your house and dancing with the broom . you are stall young  i an 45 year old. if i can do it you can take care.

    Anyhow, start eating properly. Meaning eat healthy, but limit yourself to sugar, fats and calories. But dont skip meals or starve yourself. Eat a lot of veggies along with good amount of proteins. And do some cardio. Exercise will give you most results.

  4. it depends on how dedicated you are going to be about losing the pounds.  if you stay with your diet plan and do light excersises that don't create muscle mass i'd say maybe 9-11 mos.  tell me again how this question ended up in the boating category.  I missed that part of the question for some odd reason.  just cracking on ya!  a pound a week, dedicated and no weights.

  5. Don't rush into it friend. Make a serious diet plan. Don't live on rabbit food and expect to lose llbs in days. You need to train your body to expect regular meals at regular times. The tricks is to eat at regular intervals and don't snack on junk food in between. A good way to change your habbits is to learn how to read food packaging. Start by introducing light exercise and build it up gradually. Don't run a marathon and then get sick. You really need to research nutrition and change your lifestyle. Visit your library and get a book on it. I didn't specify internet because that's not keeping you active :)   good luck!!
